Facilities @ Arzanah

Arzanah is a state-of-the-art building, with an area of about 14,000 m2, that houses classrooms and laboratories, administrative and faculty offices, student support and service facilities. Phase one was opened in Fall 2006 and Phase II is scheduled to open soon. The building includes over 40 classrooms and 50 purpose-built computing, engineering and science laboratories, lecture halls and meeting rooms.

On November 1, 2008, Arzanah became the first educational facility in the region declared as a smoke-free environment, both indoors and outdoors. The declaration is in line with its commitment to support one-going official efforts to reduce the effects of passive smoking.
