Services @ Arzanah
ADNOC Oasis provides snacks, stationary, phone cards and other necessities. The mini mart is located inside the cafeteria on the ground floor of the building.
ATM: A NBAD ATM is located in the main lobby of the building.
Cafeteria: Breakfast and lunch meals are served in the cafeteria Sunday-Thursday 7:30am-3:00pm. Meals include soup and salads, hot dishes, and made-to-order sandwiches.
Fax: Students have access to the fax service at the reception desk.
Lost-and-Found: Any lost or found items can be deposited or claimed from the Reception desk.
Mail services are handled through the Mail Room (031). Delivery and pick-up are available every 30 minutes. This service is available to Faculty and students, and includes on-campus mail, off-campus mail as well as DHL. Faculty can also deposit class material at the Mail Room for student pick up.
Photocopying services are available throughout the building. Students can use the photocopy machines in the library. Dedicated photocopy machines for the exclusive use of faculty are available in their office area. Faculty and students may also get assistance with copying services through the Copy Center (031).
Recycling is encouraged at the Petroleum Institute. Blue bins for paper recycling are distributed throughout the building. A Recycling Center for aluminum, cardboard and paper and plastic are located outside the building (across from the entrance to Wing C).
Parking is available outside Arzanah’s gates. Dedicated faculty and staff parking is located inside Arzanah’s gates.
Production Rooms for the exclusive use of the faculty are available to provide them with equipment and space for copying, color printing, scanning and class material production. The combination to the lock can be obtained from the Arzanah Office. (Wing A, Room 31 and Wing B, Room 290).
