Department Committees - Faculty & Staff Search
Mission and Objectives:
The primary mission of the Chemical Engineering Recruitment Committee is to make recommendations to the PI Academic Recruitment Committee on matters pertaining to faculty and staff recruitment to meet the departmental needs. In order to carry out the above mission this committee is charged to do the following:
- Plan and identify the staffing needs of the department.
- Attract highly qualified applicants through networking and advertisements.
- Review and shortlist potential applicants and subsequently manage the submission to the PI Academic Recruitment Committee.
- Participate in the interview and evaluation process.
