Nikolaos Diamantonis graduated in 2008 from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece, with the Diploma of Chemical Engineering. His diploma thesis project was “Rheological study of self-consolidating concrete” which was carried out in collaboration with major industries in Greece. After his graduation he joined the “MSc in Computational Mechanics” in NTUA, with specialization in fluids. Since January 2010 is a PhD student, working on thermodynamic modeling of CO2 mixtures with SAFT and PC-SAFT equations of state. In September 2010, he joined The Petroleum Institute of Abu Dhabi, as a visiting PhD student.
