• Bachelor of Commerce, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, 1987.

Mr. Masihuddin joined Petroleum Institute in Summer 2008 with 18 years of experience in which 6 years in Muscat-Oman with SOGEX OMAN Co. and 12 years in Abu Dhabi UAE with 4 years in BABCOCK BORSIG POWER and 8 years in ADWEA-BPC(Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority, Bainounah Power Company).  He is responsible for overall office management and administration, assisting with the efficient running of the Department’s day to day work and providing organizational & clerical resources to its staff. This includes providing logistical support to both, Engineers and faculty, and maintaining their HR records & databases.  His primary tasks keep him actively involved in co-coordinating department purchasing, budget payments, document controlling and above all ensuring smooth transfer of information to and from all the other departments of PI. In his capacity, he acts as the main contact point for all department related queries including those that pertain to academic records of Electrical Engineering candidates. Part of his days is usually consumed with monitoring supply deliveries from initiation through completion. This includes verifying their proper listing in annual budgets, fielding questions associated with the contract, and coordinating meetings regarding contract and academic issues.
