Working for the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO), I currently occupy the position of Team Leader (Power/Utilities) at the Asab field. We oversee the power generation at Asab, as well as the distribution of power from there to Asab, Shah, and Sahil fields. Our system comprises all types of power and distribution equipment such as Switchgears, Motors, Gas Turbine and Diesel Generators, Transformers, Capacitor banks, Overhead lines, Battery and UPS, etc. at many different voltage levels (415V, 11kV, 33kV, and 132kV). I am also responsible for the Water supply for domestic and operational requirements, Telecom, Valve repair, and all Heavy Machines and Heavy Vehicles for the mentioned fields. I participated in many projects related to Oil and Water operations and Power Generation and Distribution as well.

My area of interest is Electric Machines and Protection.

I am from the city of Abu Dhabi in the UAE, where I have graduated from Abu Obaida Military School, before going to UAE University in Al-Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. My interests include computer programming and traveling. I previously worked at the Abu Dhabi Public Works Department, before which I had summer training at ADMA OPCO - Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company.

I aim to obtain a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, while continuing to undertake more practical training and research projects.
