Shari Corbin has been teaching at the Petroleum Institute since 2006. Prior to her move to the Emirates, she taught at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada and at Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea.
She spends many of her non-working hours on the golf course or at the gym. She is a photography enthusiast who captures mostly animals, including her furry room-mate Cleo, on film. The remainder of her time is spent inventing new dishes for family and friends.
