PDF articles are from 1975 to present from over 100 journals. Searchable cited references are provided for 1,000 titles.
ACS Journals	This database contains over 40 full-text journals that are published by the American Chemical Association. Archives date back to volume one for all publications.
AMS Journals	This database is from the American Mathematical Society and it contains over 34,000 articles from the following five journals: Journal of the AMS; Mathematics of Computation; Proceedings of the AMS; Transactions of the AMS; Bulletin of the AMS. All back issues start with each journal's inaugural issue through 2005.

Choice Reviews Online	Choice Reviews Online is the internet version of the monthly print magazine, Choice: Current Reviews for Academic Libraries. It is published by The Association of College and Research Libraries, a division of the American Library Association. Choice is directed toward academic librarians and faculty as a resource for collection development and scholarly research. Current Chemical Index (CCR)-Web of Science	CCR contains data back to 1997 and also includes Institut National de la Propriete Industrielle structure data back to 1840.
Dictionary of Commonly Cited Compounds	This database contains 25,000 of the most popular and most cited compounds in Chemical Abstracts. It covers drugs, organic compounds, solvents, natural products, analytical reagents, inorganic compounds, materials, the elements, and their isotopes. The database is fully substructure searchable, and contains chemical names, physical properties and bibliographic references.
Dictionary of Inorganic and Organometallic Compounds	This database that contains over 101,000 representative organometallic, inorganic, and coordination compounds. It includes names and synonyms, formulae, chemical structures, CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service) Registry Numbers, synthesis, physical properties, and key literature citations.

Encyclopaedia of Islam	The Encyclopaedia of Islam (2nd edition) is a searchable online database of the multi-volume print set that is located in the Reference Collection at Arzanah and Habshan Libraries. It has over 13,000 entries covering Islamic history, religion and culture. Supplementary material is searchable in a separate database.
Encyclopaedia of Islam (CD-ROM)	The Encyclopaedia of Islam (2nd edition) is a multi-volume print set that is located in the Reference Collection at Arzanah and Habshan Libraries. It is also available on a CD ROM and has over 13,000 entries covering Islamic history, religion and culture. The CD-ROM encyclopaedia allows keyword, subject and index searches, and includes hyperlink references to related articles. The CD ROM is installed on one computer in both Habshan and Arzanah Libraries.

History Reference Center (Accessed via EBSCOhost)	This database offers full text from more than 2,000 reference books, encyclopedias and non-fiction books. There are articles from over 120 journals, 60,000 historical documents, 50,000 biographies of historical figures, over 110,200 historical photos and maps, and more than 80 hours of historical video.

The archive includes over 172,000 articles and proceedings of the Physical Society of London since 1874. Incuded with the service are all article abstracts, and every paper published in IOP journals in the last 30 days.
ISI Web of Knowledge	ISI Web of Knowledge has in-depth coverage from over 230 scientific disciplines. It covers journals, patents, conference proceedings, websites, books, and chemical structures.
Journal Citation Reports (JCR)	ISI's JCR Science Edition is part of the Web of Knowledge. It evaluates and compares journals using citation data drawn from over 7,500 scholarly science journals from approximately 6,000 titles. It includes the most frequently cited journals in a field and highest impact journals in a field. Coverage starts in 2005.
JSTOR	JSTOR is an interdisciplinary database that contains several journals and hundreds of thousands of downloadable full-text articles. Archives of some journals date back to the 19th century. The library has access to over 1,100 journals from the 6 Arts & Science collections and the Complement collection. Subjects include Classics, Philosophy, Religion, History, Economics, Sociology, and Middle East Studies.
Knovel	Knovel contains over 1,800 full-text science books from various publishers. Some titles have interactive features. Topics include earth sciences, chemical, electrical, and mechanical engineering, oil and gas engineering.

Lyell Collection	Contains the Geological Societys Special Publications, Engineering Geology Special Publications, Memoir book series & 14 000 peer-reviewed articles. Full-text archives start in 1845.
MAS Ultra-School Edition (Accessed via EBSCOhost)	This database contains full text for nearly 500 popular, high school magazines. MAS Ultra – School Edition also provides more than 350 full text reference books, 84,774 biographies, 100,554 primary source documents, and an Image Collection of 235,186 photos, maps and flags.

OnePetro	Contains citations from over 80,000 documents that are published by the American Rock Mechanics Association (ARMA), NACE International, Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA), and World Petroleum Council (WPC). Full-text documents are only available from SPE and OTC.

There are over 1 million entries dating over 50 years. Petroleum Intelligence Weekly	This weekly newsletter is published by Energy Intelligence Group and the full archives back to 1963 is available online. Content contains industry news from various countries. Entire issues can be downloaded as a PDF or articles can be viewed and downloaded as HTML files.
Professional Development Collection (Accessed via EBSCOhost)	Designed for professional educators, this database provides a highly specialized collection of 520 high quality education journals, including nearly 350 peer-reviewed titles. This database also contains more than 200 educational reports.
Properties of Organic Compounds	Properties of Organic Compounds is a database that contains over 29,000 of the most commonly sought organic compounds, featuring physical data, spectral data, and structures. The database can be used in identifying unknown compounds or for locating additional data and references for a known compound.
ProQuest Dissertations & Theses	ProQuest Dissertations & Theses contains two collections: Humanities & Social Sciences; Sciences & Engineering. Combined they have over 2.7 million citations to dissertation and theses from around the world. Indexing and abstracting starts in 1637 with a majority of full-text PDF documents published after 1997. There are over 1.2 million full text PDF documents and more than 70,000 dissertations and theses are added to the database each year.
ProQuest Dissertations & Theses: Humanities & Social Sciences Collection	The Humanities and Social Sciences Collection (volume A of Proquest Dissertations & Theses) currently contains over 1 million citations, with over 500,000 available in PDF format. Topics range from architecture, religion to urban planning and women's studies. It also includes all education related graduate works.
ProQuest Dissertations & Theses: Sciences & Engineering Collection	The Sciences and Engineering Collection (volume B of Proquest Dissertations & Theses) provides access to over 1.4 million citations, with over 675,000 in PDF format. Scifinder -free on campus registration required for on campus only access.	This CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service) database includes references from over 10,000 currently published journals. Patent citations come from over 50 active patent issuing authorities with some discoveries dating back to 1900. The latest scientific breakthroughs are referenced and include including biochemistry, biology, pharmacology, medicine, and a large collection of organic and inorganic substance information.
SCIRUS	The most comprehensive scientific research tool on the web. With over 410 million scientific items indexed at last count, it allows researchers to search for not only journal content but also scientists' homepages, courseware, pre-print server material, patents and institutional repository and website information.
Scopus	The largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature and quality web sources with smart tools to track, analyze and visualize research. It's designed to find the information scientists need. Quick, easy and comprehensive, Scopus provides superior support of the literature research process.
SPE eLibrary - See OnePetro	The eLibrary was discontinued by SPE in July 2009. All the content in the database is available in the new OnePetro database.

TOPICsearch (Accessed via EBSCOhost)	This current events database allows researchers to explore social, political & economic issues, scientific discoveries and other popular topics. TOPICsearch contains full text for over 139,800 articles from more than 4,800 diverse sources.
WDI Online (World Development Indicators)	The World Bank's World Development has over 900 indicators for 210 countries with data back to 1960. The indicators are organized into sections such as People, Environment, Economy, States and Markets, and Global Links. Data focuses on total external debt stocks and flows, aggregates, and key debt ratios, and provides a detailed, country-by-country picture of debt. There are more free World Bank databases.
Web of Knowledge	Web of Knowledge (WOK) platform has in-depth coverage from over 230 scientific disciplines. It includes citations (some full-text) of material from journals, patents, conference proceedings, websites, books, and chemical structures. WOK includes all collections from the Web of Science database (WOS) plus Journal Citation Reports (JCR) and Medline. All the databases can also be searched individually.
Web of Science	ISI's Web of Science (WOS) database contains citations and abstracts (with some full-text documents) from over 6,000 journals across 150 scientific disciplines. Coverage is from 1997 to the present. WOS includes Science Citation Index, Conference Proceedings Citation Index, Current Chemical Reactions (CCR), and Index Chemicus (IC).
