Arnel Flores joined the Petroleum Institute in July 2009. He has over 8 years of experience in manufacturing industry and its processes. Spent 3 years in areas of trainings, TQM (Total Quality Management) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). His areas of expertise include: Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, Computer Aided Design, and Computer Aided Manufacturing.
