2011-01-12: PI faculty visits Shell Research Center in Holland.

Dr. Abdennour Seibi and Dr. Imad Barsoum made a fruitful visit to Shell Research Center in Rijswijk in Holland on their way to KTH. The purpose of the visit was to discuss future research collaboration related to tubular expansion, a technology of high relevance to the oil and gas industry. Dr. Abdennour Seibi contacted the department of tubular expansion in Shell to build on past collaboration with the same group in Shell with the objective to initiate research activities on tubular expansion at PI. The Shell personnel were very receptive to the idea of collaboration between the two institutions.
