First Remote Sensing short course for P.I female students

The course covered the basic principles and essential skills of remote sensing using image visualization, processing and GIS (Geographical Information System) for geological and environmental mapping. The students gained skills of image visualization, processing, interpretation and data manipulation for mapping using professional software packages like ER mapper and ENVI.
