Petroleum Geosciences Social Event - 25th of April, 2010
The Petroleum Geosciences social event gathered male students, faculty
and staff from the department. This event was organized by the AAPG, SEG, and EAGE geosciences male student chapters in the PI. The event consisted of various fun activities and sports competitions between the petroleum geosciences male students and their instructors. The event aimed to promote a healthy environment by getting the students closer to their faculty and enhance the bond between them outside the classroom. Also, it aimed to introduce freshmen geosciences students to their senior and junior colleagues as well as their future instructors. Everybody enjoyed it and had a good time in the evening of Sunday 25th of April, and we hope that such event continues to be held
in the future.
