The M.Sc. program in Petroleum Geosciences will begin with the spring 2010 semester. Applications are accepted.

Master of Science in Geology

  • Minimum of 30 credit hours; at least 18 credit hours of coursework
  • 12 credit hours (of the 30) must be for thesis research
  • Cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0
  • Successful completion of a research thesis

Students may take only one course from PGEG501, PGEG502 and PGEG503 for credit. Many of the courses above will be electives in the MSc in Geophysics program when it begins.
