2007 – New clinic, Mosque & TAKREER  Research center
2008 – Housing Phase I, PI Research center Phase I – New building for new engineering program Civ eng
2009 – Female Student center with fitness facility, auditorium and conference center & male Student center
2010 – Rest of Program buildings
2011 – Housing Phase II & Maintenance facilities
