PI Library Holdings
The library's book holdings currently number nearly 100,000 volumes, as well as hundreds of maps, CDs and thousands of multimedia items. You can search for these items using the library catalog. The catalog has two modes for searching: basic and power. The basic catalog search lets you find items by words or phrase, author, title, subject, series, or periodical title. You can also limit your search to a particular branch. The power search lets you search by the previous options as well as ISBN or ISSN. It also lets you combine searches with Boolean operators as well as limit your search by item type. Last, you can browse the collection by call number.
Help in using the catalog is always available from the library staff, either in person or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or online.

Individual study carrels
The libraries provide quiet study areas with individual carrels for students who need to read, study, revise for exams, or any other activity that requires quiet for concentration.
Both the Habshan and Arzanah Libraries have an instruction room with 20+ workstations where the library hosts frequent workshops on how to use our databases and resources. Also, instructors request an Information Literacy session for their class during which their students trained in research skills and library literacy.

The computers at each location are also connected to a multifunction color printer/scanner/copier.
