30/Jan/2011: Dr. Abdullah Al Shami trains assistant judges in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Abdullah Al Shami, Professor of Comparative Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic Studies at the Petroleum Institute, has been invited by special invitation from Zayed University in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department to conduct for the second time, two training workshops in “Heritage Law in Islam” and “The Indemnity (diyyah) and Islamic Penalties” for a group of assistant judges in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The 1st workshop was conducted on the 23rd & 30th of December 2010. The 2nd will be on the 3rd and 10th of February 2011.
