31/Mar/10: Association of Geoscientists & Engineers (EAGE) student chapter at the PI among the top 3 chapter winners in Online Geo-quiz.
Congratulations to the Association of Geoscientists & Engineers (EAGE) student chapter at the PI for being chosen as one of the top 3 chapter winners in the EAGE Online Geo-quiz. The EAGE Online Geo-quiz was held online on March 31, 2010 among a field of 14 student chapters from all over the world. One of the top 3 chapter winners means that EAGE invites the selected 3 students from the chapter, who are Osama Al-Zinati, Owais Khan, and Mohammed Al-Bloushi, to attend the annual conference and exhibition taking place in Barcelona 14 to 17 June 2010. Those 3 selected members will be financially supported by EAGE in attending the Student Conference Program as well as they will take part in the live Geo-Quiz competition including 17 other University/student teams competing for excellent prizes.
