BUS services:
Please note the morning buses should get here at 7:45am, so that classes can begin at 8:00am.
Schedule of Classes:
Classes will begin at 08:00am and they are 5 minutes shorter than normal.
Here is what they will be at PI during Ramadan for this year:

Schedule for PI Administration and Support Staff:
Working hours of PI Administration and support staff will be from 9:00am to 3:00pm. However, realizing the above class schedule, offices that deal with students (Academic & Student Services) need to be covered during the period from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Accordingly all Directors are requested to coordinate and adapt the schedule for their Administration and Support Staff according to their need within the 6 hour time frame (Ramadan timing). Any excess working hours will be treated as overtime for eligible categories as per HR procedures.
Bus schedules will be revised to accommodate the RAMADAN schedule. More on the bus schedule matter will follow from Student Affairs Division.
